We're looking forward to working with you. Here are all the details you need to make your event a success:
What you need from us

All workshop descriptions are on the website or in our brochure.
What we need from you
It’s helpful for us to receive information about your event/conference too.
If you have any of the following:
• Conference/Event agenda and/or brochure
• List of names and titles of attendees
Presentation Requirements
Alyceum is happy to work with the equipment available at your next event however the following items are preferred.
Technology
• Data projector and screen is required.
• We provide our own laptop. We prefer to have our laptop accessible on stage while connected to your projection equipment.
• A table or lectern is needed on stage for computer and props.
Sound
Alicia uses sound in her presentations through her laptop and it works best if sound is connected to the venue sound system.
We prefer to double check the projection and sound with your technical staff during the closest break before her presentation or 30 minutes before the presentation starts. This usually takes less than 10 minutes.
Microphone
Alicia moves around and interacts with audience so it’s best if you can have a wireless lapel microphone available. If this is not available, Alicia can work with a hand held microphone too. An audio technician should be available prior to the presentation to ensure all is in working order.
Room Set up
For workshops, round tables work really well for Alyceum’s presentations although we can work in any room set up. We prefer rooms where everyone can clearly see the stage and data projection and there is room to move for participants.
Internet
Internet connectivity is preferred but not essential.
After the Presentation - Your Feedback
Testimonials really support us to continue the work that I do. I would really appreciate if you could write a recommendation either in an email or on Linkedin on Alicia’s profile.
To help you with this request, here are some questions to prompt thoughts:
• How would you describe my style of presentation?
• What benefit did your audience receive?
• What was the feedback from participants?
• Would you recommend me to others?
As you can imagine, I also use this as a means of evaluating my customer satisfaction levels and would value any other comments you may wish to add either as part of your recommendation or separately to me personally. I really value this feedback from customers and particularly your feedback.
I really appreciate your support and look forward to keeping connected in the future!
