Weekend Leadership Retreat

About the Retreat
The Leadership Retreat engages you in their own personal transformational change. Self awareness is an integral key factor in leadership success and includes confidence, self management, motivation, empathy and social skills. This retreat focuses on deepening their self knowledge, heightening their emotional intelligence and engaging in high performing mindsets.
It's also an opportunity to get to know the other participants in your program and develop strong bonds as you seek and accept Board positions, your ELGP network will also be here to support you.
**It might be an opportunity to carpool with others to get to and from the venue.

- Deepen your own personal and leadership self awareness by identifying and understanding your own personal values, strengths and leadership philosophy.
- Develop friendships with your fellow participants to create a supportive network when finding, applying and serving on Boards.

This workshop will review your board resumes and rehearse graduation presentations - all speakers will pair up with participants to have an opportunity to run through their presentation before rehearsing in front of the whole ELGP group.
